Description |
Large tin food storage container, yellow print on back and both sides. Top is yellow; front has an outside border showing a gold circle in middle with picture of a woman wearing a hat and one woman on each side, wearing long white gowns and flowers in their hair, holding a red piece of material above the picture. In center is a large building surronded by water with boats. There is a gold border around this picture. Above all this is a sliding door with the words SPICES in middle, STRICTLY PURE on top and PEPPER on the right side. Door has a smallj black wooden knob for opening. Metal containers were used for storage for protection from the elements. |
